Sustainability/ Green Building :: Anticipated Goals
We have a set list of goals to accomplish by 2015. As we learn new methods of green building, we add them to our canon of ideas and further our knowledge (and this list) of sustainable practices.
Use biodiesel fuel for all vehicles that consume more
than twenty miles per gallon
Control nursery environment without greenhouse
fans, coolers, etc...
Apply low pressure misting systems
Apply a paperless will-call hand held system
No landfill waste
Reuse compost waste
Use of solar and wind energy to run nursery
